Day Twenty-Three- Did the media play a role in...
I think the media plays a role in everyones weight loss whether they know it or not; or want to admit it. It is something that is a part of us. We all know what “beautiful” is. BUT my decision to loose weight was because i was unhappy…my happiness may be based off of false ideas given by the media :/ who knows were all brainwashed zombies; oblivious to our demise.

I actually cant remember i ate fast food , even before my diet i had stopped eating simply because my boyfriend at the time hated it and so we never did. BUT i do on occasions buy side salads from McDonald’s; but i don’t consider that fast food lol… Its healthy!!!

Day Seventeen- Do you have an eating disorder?
NO. I am trying to eat as healthy as possible. Currently i am eating less than 1000 calories a day, i know i need to eat at least 1200; so i will be figuring out what i can add to my diet while keeping my daily carb intake under 20 net carbs. In case you are wandering my fitness plan; I’m basically doing phase 1 of the Atkins diet, plus I’m counting calories through Myfitnesspal app....

Day Sixteen- When did you first decide to lose...
mmm… well like most FATTIES I’ve always thought about it and make small half ass attempt. But I was really thinking about the last 2 months of 2011. It was a krazy time.
