DAY 3 HCG

So today is the 1st day of the low, 500 calories per day portion of the diet.

My breakfast has consisted of black coffee with 2 packets of stevia.

Snack: Green tea….yum.

Wow, i don’t know why i ever stopped. I fell off my diet, life hit me and i allowed it to distract me. But now im back on and i feel great about it. As long as you never give up right?…So initially i lost 40lbs on my diet, i was 198lbs when i started falling off my diet. I am now at 215lbs. SMH. This tumblr was my biggest motivation and inspiration. I will be logging in everyday again. So i am starting the HCG diet. Yesterday was my first day so i am in phase 1. 1-2 days of high calorie and high fat intake. Tomorrow i will start phase 2, a strict 500 calorie a day diet. I will post my food list and keep stats up. All POSITIVE energy and suggestions welcomed!!!!!

thanks :) …well if you look at my blog i post a food journal everyday for the past 30 days…basically i use myfitnesspal.com app, you put in your info liek age height weight, how much you want to loose etc…and it calculates the amt of calories and nutrition you should ncomsume daily inorder to loose 2 lbs a day. I combine that with the atkins…so i count calories and i consume 20g or less of net carbs…which mean the amt of carbs minus the dietary fiber. It really works!!!! as for exercise…i havent been very consistent with it. I’m trying to get more int he habit !!!!…loosing weight is 80% what you eat…exercising helps shape the body you want.

Day Twenty-Nine- Your definition of beauty

Uh… beauty is in everything. Its in the way you speak, your confidence, your heart personality, your looks…I guess physically,  beauty to me is  looking your personal best, being fit, not because it “sexy”, but because it shows that you care about yourself and take pride in yourself. But real beauty i think is hard to define. Some people say its in your personality, which i think is true, but its more than just being nice. It’s a certain pureness, an aura that surrounds you; its the sincerity of your kind actions.
